Which areas do we pick up from?

We cover the whole of London including the home counties and the UK. We can cover jobs outside of London providing that the job starts or finishes in London. We can also deliver to and from mainland Europe.

How big are your vans?

Our standard van size is a minimum high-top long wheel base Ford transit. Please do not hesitate to call us for advice on the size of van required. Larger vans are available.

Do I need to pre-book?

Although we always recommend pre-booking with us, it is not always necessary. Due to us having a large fleet of drivers we can take on same day and last minute bookings.

Where are you based and do you charge for coming to me?

We are a London / Brighton based company with a large fleet of vans so we only charge from the point of pick up if the job is starting in London / Brighton. Jobs starting outside of London / Brighton may incur a run out charge.

Can the price go up after I’ve booked?

The only time that the price would go up is if the job took longer than the time specified, or if the job requirements change without consulting with the office.

Can I rely on you to turn up on the day?

Yes! We have never failed to turn up for a job.

Are all your vans yellow?

Unfortunately, due to rapid expansion of the fleet, some vans may not be yellow. They will, however, all be maintained to our very high standards of quality and safety.

What happens if you are unhappy or have a complaint?

Just get in touch with us and we’ll work with you to resolve any problems.

How do I book you?

Call us on 0207 870 1041 or use the online booking form. We’ll contact you straightaway to give you the details and confirm the booking.

Are you insured?

You can take out insurance with us but this has to be pre-arranged with the office. Our insurance covers goods in transit only for up to a total value of £1000 and our excess is £100. Any claim which exceeds this amount is non refundable. The insurance covers goods in transit only and will not cover any damage which happens inside a property.

Do I have to book for a set period of time?

No. We have a minimum of two hours, after that you just pay per half hour so you can keep him for as long as needed.

Can I travel in the van with the driver?

Yes you can but if you need two people to travel you will need to inform us at least 24hrs before your booking.
